ecombinant Trypsin CAS: 9002-07-7
I.Product introduction
Recombinant trypsin: CAS: 9002-07-7; EC: 3.4.21.4
Recombinant trypsin is a serine protease, which can specifically cleave the C-terminal peptide end of lysine and arginine.
Trypsin is widely used in various biotechnology processes. For example: proteolysis to produce polypeptides; cell separation of various tissues; proteolysis and sequencing; recombinant insulin production and so on.
II. Product characteristics
Source: Pichia pastoris
Character: white or similar white freeze-dried powder
Purity (SDS-PAGE): single main strip
Specific activity: ≥ 3800 USP units / mg Pro
Specificity: cleavage of the carboxy terminal peptide bond between arginine and lysine.
III.Product use
Production of recombinant insulin and analogs; cell culture and fermentation; enzymatic hydrolysis of proteins; cell separation of various tissues.
Iv.Recommend Usage
It is recommended to use 1mM HCl solution to dissolve, The ration to aimed protein is 1:50 to 1:1000, optimal ph 7.0-9.0, optimal temperature 25-35℃.
Note: The activity is inhibited by serine protease inhibitors such as PMSF, metal ion chelating agents such as EDTA, etc.; high concentration of inorganic salts will have certain effects on enzyme activity.
V. Storage stability
The lyophilized powder can be stored for more than 2 years at temperatures below –15 °C.
Vi. Product advantages
Animal origin free: Recombinant production, no exogenous virus contamination. No animal-derived material is used during production.
Stable quality: stable and continuous batch production can be guaranteed; T here is no difference between product batches and the quality is stable.
Lyophilized powder: easy to store and transport.
