High alumina refractory bricks
1. Product Introduction
Raw materials: High alumina bricks are silicate aluminum refractory bricks with an AlO3 content greater than 75%. The production process is similar to clay refractory bricks. According to the different grades and quality requirements of bauxite clinker used, as well as the selection of formula binders, appropriate proportions are distributed, and they are pressed into shapes using a brick press and then calcined.
Product characteristics:
High alumina bricks belong to neutral refractory materials, which have good resistance to acid, alkaline slag, corrosion of metal liquid and redox reaction, as well as high thermal stability, high fire resistance (fire resistance above 1790 ℃), and good slag resistance.
Application field:
Suitable for lining, flue, smoke chamber, etc. of blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, electric furnaces, cupolas, coke ovens, soaking pits, heating furnaces, off road refining furnaces, rotary kilns, and various industrial kilns.
The high alumina bricks produced by Zhengzhou Ruitai factory are made of GL-70 raw materials from a well calcined rotary kiln, with a bulk density of 3g/cm ³ Above all, the water absorption rate is less than 5%, the sintering temperature is high, and the content of Na ₂ O and K ₂ O is low. At the same time, an appropriate amount of mullite is added to strengthen the matrix, utilizing the high-temperature volume effect of some natural minerals to achieve the characteristics of high load softening temperature, high high-temperature bending strength, and low thermal expansion rate of the product.

The general outer packaging is wooden pallet. There has additional thermoplastic layer at outside.
For a single order quantity of less than 500 tons, production can be completed within 6-7 week, and transportation and delivery to the port of departure can be completed within 3 days.
