This is our MX211 Modified Emulsified Asphalt Slurry Sealer for road construction is an internationally advanced modified slurry sealer developed, designed, and manufactured by our company on the basis of absorbing advanced foreign technology. The MX211 slurry sealing layer/micro surface treatment equipment is designed specifically for micro surface treatment and slurry sealing layer and can be matched with hydraulic paving boxes, retractable paving boxes, slurry seal paving boxes, and rut paving boxes. The materials used include crushed aggregate, emulsified asphalt, water, liquid additives, and fine stone powder. The above materials are continuously input into a biaxial mixer according to the measured proportion, fully mixed, and then input into a paving box, through which a thin mixture sealing layer is paved on the existing road surface. Using this equipment for road maintenance is efficient, stable, economical in low maintenance cost and easy in operation.
The basic characteristics of MX211 Emulsified Asphalt Slurry Sealer is made up of the following systems:
(1) The hopper wall has a large angle (55 degrees) and is enclosed with a high molecular weight UHMW polyethylene lining. It has the characteristics of corrosion prevention and facilitates the entry of aggregates into the mixer. There is no need for an oscillator, and aggregates will never bridge; (2) Hydraulic control of aggregate conveying belt, adding gear transmission at the front and rear ends to avoid slipping of aggregate conveying; (3) The emulsified asphalt pump directly delivers materials to the mixer to ensure the accurate proportion of emulsified asphalt in the mixture; (4) Widely used manual hydraulic control, more reliable; (5) The main shaft clutch adopts a pneumatic gear design to prevent slipping; (6) The operating platform is suspended at a high level, allowing observation of the paving conditions on both sides and the height of the aggregate in the hopper; (7) Closed design such as water tank and emulsified asphalt tank are removable, easy to clean and maintain; (8) The hydraulic paving box operates smoothly and evenly, with neat edges and corners, and can be used with various slurry sealing machines; (9) Digital input control of all materials is clear at a glance, accurate measurement, and accurate calibration implementation; (10) The hybrid switch can be started with one button, avoiding artificial delays, and achieving a high degree of automation control.
