Roasted Salmon Frake
This is a product made from Japanese salmon flakes and baked.
When baked, the weight tends to decrease, but it tastes more rich taste than steaming. Sanko's salmon flake is baking deliciously at 135 °C for 12 minutes using a large oven of about 12m.
