Salted and spisy pollack roe 'KarashiMentaiko Aemono'
It is a mentaiko sauce made from 3 types of roe.
Mentaiko made in Hakata, Japan is famous but very expensive. However, since our product uses three types of fish roe, it has a more rich taste, more texture, cheaper and easier to use than Hakata mentaiko.
The taste is spicy and salty, so you can use it as a seasoning as it is.
It is useful for various menus such as mentaiko sushi, mentaiko sauce pasta, mentaiko pizza, and mentaiko udon.
[How to Use]
• The storage method is frozen, but it is thawed before use.
• It's very easy and useful because you just take it out of the tube and use it.
