These panels are offered PU (Poly Urethane Foam), PIR, Rockwool, Glass wool and
EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) as core material.
High Rib panels are for Roof and side Cladding application.
Low/Micro Rib panels are for Walls/Internal Walls, ceiling application.
PU (Polyurethane) sandwich panels are widely used panels. These Sandwich Panels have longer life, rigid and sturdy with higher mechanical strengths.
Regular B-3 PU type sandwich panels are offered.
PIR (POLYISOCYANURATE)sandwich panels are preferred because
Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam is chemically and thermally more stable: breakdown of isocyanurate bonds is reported to start above 200°C, compared with urethane at 100 to 110°C.
Fire Resistance of this material is better than B-3 types PU.
rockwool core sandwich Panels (both Hi Rib panels which are for roofing and Low/Micro Rib panels for walls/Ceiling) with high density (minimum 80 Kg. /Cu.m) rockwool insulation as core and Pre-Painted/Coated Galvanized Steel, Aluzinc, Aluminum facing on both sides. The panels are for easy quicker installation as roof and side Cladding. The panels are ideal for construction of variety of Buildings where Thermal, Fire and acoustic insulation is required.
The EPS panelsare easy to install because of low weight. Efficient thermal insulation and moisture resistance, also high resistance to whether extremities. Odorless and environment friendly.
Least structural members are required for installing these panels.
