NIOPOL-A5000 is composed of strong chelating chemicals. NIOPOL-A5000 inhibits scale deposition caused by metal (Ca, Mn, Al, etc.) ions in the paper making process and dramatically reduces problems from contaminants in the process equipment and on press felt. A small dosage can change water quality from hard water to soft water. NIOPOL-A5000 is designed for press felt, nash pump, suction roll and DIP processes. It can also remove scales at high concentrations (above 100 ppm)
