SCL1250 STEEL COILCOATING LINE
The SCL1250 steel color coating production line uses the galvanized panel as the base panel, after the treatment of surface defatted, phosphorus, chromate, then coated the organic paint, roasted, at last made the product---color steel panel. It is a composite material with the advantages of the steel panel and organic material. It has the capability of mechanism intension and easily molding like steel panel while the capability of good decoration and resisting corrosion like organic material. It is widely used in construction field of tile panel, sandwich panel, decoration panel and some home electric equipments panel. The color steel panel produced by this line has the advantages of good decoration, fresh colors, good capability of molding, being able to pressed discretionarily, good resisting the weather, green product, strong resisting ultraviolet radiation, keeping the original color, using life for 25 years. It has the good foreground.
1. Elevating hydraulic car
Moving the coil to the decoiler or coiler by adjusting the position of the car to load and unload the raw material steel coil.
2. Unwinder
By adjusting the car, send the raw material steel coil to the collapsible drum and tension the coil hydraulically. Feed the coil by rotating the drum.
3. Pinch machine
The decoiler pinch clamps and feeds the head of steel coil into the stitcher and the coiler pinch clamps and feeds the head of steel coil into the wrapper.
4. Clipper
The clipper installed behind the decoiler 2# is mainly used to clip the head of the coil in the decoiler 1# and the end of the coil in the decoiler 2# and move the coil to the stitcher.
5. Sticher
Stitcher is a pull up jointer which is mainly used to abutting joint the head and end of the aluminum coils so as to provide the raw material continuously
6. Press machine
The edge roller is mainly used to flat the strip after stamping and level the wave edge or and rough edge
7. Tension machine
Establish the tension between the strips so as to assure the regular running and press the head and end of the steel coils while changing or coiling.
8. Storing unit
Keep the speeds of process stages (precise coating, primary coat and solidifying furnace) at setting values so as to avoid over burning of the color coated plate through the fluctuation of the loop.
9. Roller brushing
Clean the oil film on the surface of the strip by a steel roller and a circular nylon brush roller which are rotating and driven by a motor and decelerator.
10. Alkaline cleaning unit
Drawing the alkali liquor to the spray header from the water tank by stainless steel pump, spray and clean the oil film on the surface of the strip.
11. Water washer
Drawing water and purified water to the spray header by a water pump, spray and clean the surface of the strip
12. Dry unit
Dry the cleaned belt material to provide chemical treatment's quality
13. Activating unit
Pass through the dipping tank to make the active agent contact with the surface of the strip sufficiently and form an oxide film on the surface so as to enhance the adhesion between the surface of strip and paint
14. Dry unit
Dry the strip after chemical roll coating and prepare for painting.
15. Coating unit
The paint roller sticks with paints after dipped in the paint pan and paints the strip while it contacts with the surface of the strip.
16. Solidifying surface
Drying the paints on the surface of the strip. It includes three stages: advection zone, solidifying zone, soaking zone.
17. air cooling
Blow cold air to cool down the strip from the solidifying furnace with a centrifugal fan
18. Water spray cooling
Spray the purified water which is drawn by a pump to the surface of the strip to further cool down the strip from the solidifying furnace.
19. Winder
Wind up the final strip to coil, convenient for storing and transportation. EPC is automatic align.
