Function
This equipment produces and provides clean and purified water required for washing hands before or after operation thru filtering by 5㎛ filter duplicated and pass the U.V.R Lamp twice.
Clean and purified water is very useful to wash newborn infant because they are week from infection. Also, this equipments is useful for pre-washing process of the operation instrument or device before sterilize.
Features
Control panel and display part should appear on the outside to observe and control the operation of apparatus in using. It should be controlled without changing operator's position. Everything is controlled by micro processor circuit. Beta dine tub is easy to observe as transparent material and can be sterilized. The time for water coming out can be adjustable for 1 ~ 30 sec. It can be also continuous coming out of water to meet the required situation - washing operating apparatus - and the time is displayed by digit. Anti-pollution device against air is installed in the pipe. The water in the hall of pipe should be drained every 30 min, 40 min or 50 min. Triac is used in order to control the heater that needs much electric power safely. The tap of water pipe should be adjusted within 80 mm for operator's convenience. Soft switch operated with DC 5V is used in all switch (power, heater) for operator's safe. Internal pipe arrangement is MANIFOLD method not NIPPLE method. This apparatus should be structured not to drain water and able to work without any tools when the changing of the filter. Filtering should be double type. Filter housing is transparent to see how polluted filter is. This apparatus should be structured not to drain water and able to work without any tools when changing the the U.V.R.Lamp. U.V.R.Lamp is for sterilization and uses 2 high-output lamps. It generates hot water by itself. This apparatus uses stainless steel that is strong against rust. All piping material uses stainless steel or metaphol to prevent scale.
