Seiko chips act like an OEM chip installed in the machine. The chip is available in 1litre. capacity Seiko have regionalized the chip into Europe and Asia, we do offer both types. The Seiko S64 has the capability to be changed to an OCE6060 chip as there is not much difference between the two data wise. A resetter will be needed to do so, and training will be provided with manuals after training.

Chips may be sent as “blank “chips (only having a base program programmed on chip) and reprogrammed/ reset with a resetter, or alternatively in colours needed. The chips may also be reprogrammed, provided that the chip is taken out at 2% ink level. The printer has a lock system on the chips EEPROMS if used to 100% making the chip unusable again, we do offer a service where chips with locked EEPROMS may be sent back to SCT and EEPROMS will replace and will be seen as a new chip by printer. All chips come with new serial numbers generated through the resetter
