Today our production consists of a fully closed cycle sheet metal processing, which includes raw materials going through the cutting cycle, the outbreak of various holes, bending, welding, grinding, and also powder coating (ie electrostatic paint application).
The company consists of three sections which are connected by one goal, and that is, to produce and offer a high quality product to the market.

Electrical wall cabinets
Metal electrical distribution box (hereinafter referred to just as a cabinet ) is intended for the placement and installation of various electrical equipment. The cabinet is designed for indoor use, for accommodation of passive equipment.
Standard dimensions of the cabinet are provided in the table in the appendix, but we also make boxes according to custom requirements.
The cabinet is made of steel C.0146SU (JUS C.B4.016/1978), with a thickness of 1.2 mm or 1.5 mm. It is protected by a layer of paint PURAL POLYESTER 5068A7032 (RAL 7032 powder coated ). Paint is applied by electrostatic through the heated area of the cabinet and cured at a temperature of 180 º C.
The cabinet is uniquely identified by a permanent label on the inside of the door, with the following: name and symbol of the manufacturer, type of enclosure, serial number and year of production.
The cabinet door is closed with a lock RP1, and a butterfly key that fits all cabinets. Door opening angle is 120 º. On the inside of the door, in the lower left corner (looking toward the open door), there is a bus grounding M8, which is a copper braid connected to the grounded cabinet (also M8).
The doors are sealed with foam rubber, and are made of one piece for smaller cabinets, while larger cabinets have doors made of two parts, ie according to the requirements of the equipment installed in them.
The back of the cabinet is mounted on mounting plate, made of steel C.0146SU (JUS C.B4.016/1978), with a thickness of 1.5 mm. The mounting plate is fastened to the box with 4 bolts M8. It is protected by a layer of RAL 2011th color, which is applied by means of the electrostatic to the surface of the heated mounting plate and cured at a temperature of 180 ° C.
KL terminal boxes are designed to accommodate a variety of drivers and other solenoid and electronic equipment. Standard dimensions of a box are given in Table 1
KL terminal boxes are made of steel C.0146SU (JUS C.B4.016/1978), with a thickness of 1.0 mm. They are protected by a layer of paint PURAL POLYESTER 5068 (powder coated). The paint is applied by electrostatic method through the heated area of the box and cured at 180 º. Boxes are a standard color RAL 7032 paint, but according to customer request, other dementions and hues can be made from any standard RAL color available.
The box has a molded part within the door, so it is impossible for water or dirt to penetrate inside when opening the door. There is a universal mount within the box, that allows the housing of a variety of electrical and electronic equipment.
The modular console, hereinafter referred to as IPC, is designed for use in processing, chemical, food and other industries, particularly in electric power facilities. Its use, however, is not limited to these, the modular design provides a maximum variability. Standard widths of the IPC are 800, 1000, 1200 and 1600 mm, unless the customer requests a console in other dimensions.
Advertising - display shelves
Display (advertising-branded) shelves are within a special category of shelves,which are manufactured according to detailed requirements of the customer.
They are intended for presentation in shopping centers in order to promote certain brands and improve the level of sales.
The shelves are made of high quality materials (most often steel sheet metal that is protected by the most modern anti-corrosion coating.
The display shelves can be made in combination with other materials, for example. Univer-Metal, metal-lexan … and the design can be welded or made for assembly-disassembly with folding elements.
