Corrugated Carton Making Machine, also called all-in-one production line, is professionally designed to process corrugated cardboard into products such as cartons, boxes, trays, displays, etc. It can finish the process of Pre-feeding, feeding, printing, pre-creasing, creasing, slotting, die-cutting, gluing, folding, counting and strapping all at one time.
The standard model of Corrugated Carton Making Machine includes CLC-Q6-0820/0920/1224-FFG. Also we are pleased to manufacture 1228/1424/1428/1628/1632 according to customer requirements.

Pre-feeder is used to connect with automatic flexo printer machine.Conveyor arm length is motorized and adjustable freely.Back squarer is automatic along with conveyor.

Feeding Unit
Lead edge feeder with vacuum absorber.Upper Dust remover with brushersSheet transfer either by sereval independent SERVO motors or by rubber pull rolls.Gap of feeding rollers, Side baffles are computerized with order management.
Printing Unit
Sheet transfer with vacuum box.Anilox roller with rubber roller inking or Anilox roller with Chambered doctor blade system for choosing.Quick replacing of rubber roller.Gap of anilox roller, printing drum, vacuum box and horizontal and vertical movement are computerized with order management.
Slotting Unit
Sheet transfer with rollers.8-shafts rotation: Pre-creasing, Dual-Creasing, Single shaft slotting.All slotting knife holders connect with creasing rings and slotting knifes, synchronously moving in horizontal position.Gaps of creasers and slotting knifes, box height, registering and vertical moving are computerized with order managing.
Die cutting Unit
Sheet transfer with rollers.Upper die cutting rubber roller is driven by independent frequency converter for line speed compensation.Shaft-head treated with lock, not welding, given strong capacity of bearing pressure.Gaps of feeding, registering and vertical moving are computerized with order managing.
FFG- Folder Gluer & Counter Ejector
Top loading type Counter Ejector.Rolling wheel or auto flexo gluing system for choices.Adjustment with servo motors.Gaps of Hold-Arm, Glue-head and conveyor bracket are computerized with order management.
Central computer system controls whole units of machine.

Vibrator Cleaner
The vibrating shaft is driven by an independent motor. One shaft has four dither points to accelerate the dither effect
The vibrating belt uses the cylindrical high elastic belt, which has good elasticity and does not damage the cardboard. Dither belt independent transmission, speed control, easy to adjust to ensure the dither travel
The belt shaft adopts integral concave belt groove, which is convenient to increase the belt accoring to the carton size, so as to ensure the smooth passage of the special-shaped carton without damaging the cardboard
Equipped with strong blowing and brush device to achieve the best waste removal effect
Waste paper output belt is provided below to save waste paper cleaning time
Automatic Stacker
Front-end paper receiving arm: the arm height is controled manually and driven by air power; using conveyor belts with strong friction.
Conveyor table: gantry type gate can be lifted up and down hydraulically; safety protection will activate in case of any damage and breakage; double safety limit switch will start when the conveyor table goes to the highest and lowest point; using conveyor belts with strong friction in case of cardboard slipping away and then tension is adjustable.
Stacking deck and basket: squarer on the left-right side is adjustable manually; squarer on the back is adjustable manually; temporary basket for stacking cardboard is controled pneumatically; the top stacking height is 1700 mm and it will climb to the top automatically when the basket is full.
