Characteristics

1.1 Non-toxic, no smell, no stimulation for skin.

1.2 Good performance of E.P., lubrication, cooling, rust protection.

1.3 Improve the processing efficiency , reduce powder consumption, extend the life of cutter, improve mechanical surface finish.

1.4 Good anti-foam, low cost.

1.5 The dilution liquid is non-transparent emulsion, pH value: 8.0~9.0

2. Usage method

Recommended concentration:

Modular machine tool and machining center: 10%

Grinding machine, lathe, milling machine, drilling machine: 5%-10%

Aluminium alloy machining :5%~7%

Preparation method: Dilute with the clean tapping water. Stir evenly. After emulsify

completely then it can be used.

3. Storages

Seal it and store under the room temperature, store in dry, cool, the well ventilated storehouse, keep from the sun-scorched and rain-drenched in the storage and transportation. We suggest that the storing temperature is not higher than 35ºC.
