1. Batching system
Central weighing batcher, belt weighing batcher, and individual weighing batcher are three types of weighing batchers you can choose from LUTON GROUP. For the aggregate batching machine, the wheel loader adopted on our batching system proves to be more effective in discharging raw materials, such as pebble, macadam, and sand, into aggregate batcher accurately.
2. Conveying system
Both Belt conveyor and bucket transporting systems are available based on your budget and required productivity. The belt conveyor offers maximum efficiency when compared with a bucket type, but is more costly, which means it is more suitable for large construction projects.
3. Cement silo
LUTON GROUP designs and manufacturers 4 types of the powder storage system, which includes welded type cement silo, bolted type cement silo, low-level horizontal cement silo, and mobile cement silo.
Welded types surpass with its lower price, the bolted types prove to cost less in shipment. The horizontal type appears to be low level, while the mobile types fit temporary projects that you can conveniently move around.
