"Let's Dehydrate Sludge-cake up to ds40%!"

Water in sludge consists of free water, bonded water and internal water.

Free water is easily separated from dry solids by mechanical methods.

But bonded water is very difficult to separate with the mechanical dehydrators

because it is captured in electro-magnetic field of dry solids.

However the electro-magnetic field can be broken by our Electro- Osmosis Dehydrators

that treat the outlet sludge-cake (ds 20±5%) produced by mechanical dehydrators

such as belt-presses and centrifuges, doubling the dryness and achieving around

ds 40±5%.
