Sodium Cyclamate is “artifical sweetener” which is 50-60
times
as sweet as sucrose.Its chemical name is known as Sodium
Cyclohexylsufamate.The Chemical formular is C6H11
NHS03Na.It is white flake crystal or crystalline powder is
freely soluble in water.

Use:
-Use in dissolving in water by ratio of 1:500 would obtain

-If Sodium Cyclamate is used only, its sweetness is 50 times
as sucrose -If Sodium Cyclamate is used in mixture with
sucrose, its sweetness would be enhanced to 80 times 6
- If Sodium Cyclamate is used in mixture with sucrose,0.3%
organic acid (Citric Acid),its sweetness would be enhanced
to 100 times
- If Sodium Cyclamate is used in mixture with sucrose, 0.3%
organic acid and 10% Saccharine, its sweetness would be
enhanced to 150 times
