Square Vibrating Gyratory Screen Introduce

Square gyratory screen is also called reciprocating screen, if see from the motion trail of

screen box. The vibratory force produced by its driving device is the inertial force twining along

the dead axle, the direction of which is change according to a certain regular. The essence of

square gyratory screen is the reciprocating inertia force formed by the rotation of eccentric

wheel winding the dead axle. According to the structure characteristics and working principle of

gyratory screen, its screen surface is arranged with level or incline ( the angle of inclination

is 0~5°). working principle of gyratory screen is that after starting the screen machine, the

shaking body of screen machine namely screen box make reciprocating motion under the

action of the inertial force, screen box drives screen surface to make periodic shaking, which

makes the material on the screen surface to make directional jumping movement with the

screen box. During the period the material smaller the aperture of the screen surface fall to

under layer through the sieve mesh to become the screen underflow. The material bigger

than the aperture of the screen surface is discharged from the discharge gate after the

continuous roll jumping movement and finally complete screening work.

From the structure and working principle of FYBS1 square gyratory screen can see that the

resident time of material staying on the screen surface namely the distance of its drive

mechanism eccentric wheel apart from the motion trail of material has a very important

influence, that is to say having the opposite effect to processing capacity and screening
