Squeeze Rubber
Sine the squeeze rubber determines the overall quality of screen printing, it requires the following properties: anti-abrasion and anti-solvent properties and flexibility. At the same time, its surface must have a very accurate roughness to satisfy the requirements for squeeze rubber products. Vulkollan is superior to other general types of urethane products in terms of the properties mentioned above. In particular, for screen printing with copper, silk or nylon, the printability varies significantly depending on the texture and strength of the squeeze rubber used. The squeeze rub ber product made by Vulkollan allows you to select from a very wide rangel of righidity (HsA) from 60 to 90 for a given strength. Also, it can be made available in many different sizes as per the customer's request and you can have a maximum length of 3000m/m for squeeze products made by Vulaollan.
