World’s second producer in the world after China, Star Aniseed is cultivated in Vietnam in Lạng Sơn province in around 34,000 Hectors. There are two seasonal crops, one is Spring (MAR/APR/MAY) and another one is Autumn (SEP/OCT/NOV). The Crop is available in two qualities – Cánh Dán and Tứ Quý. Lạng Sơn star aniseed is considered the top quality in the world which attracts domestic and international market whether its medicinal properties in flu vaccine production or to have aromatic cuisines on your plate. Autumn crop is the highest quality flowers compared to spring crops.
