LSM-4401
For inspection of lamps and the like having complex configurations
For inspection of high performance plastic materials, such as base materials used for contact lenses and so on
For observation of optical crystals such as calcium fluoride and so on
1.Crossed Nicols
In the Crossed Nicols Method, the whole visual field is ignorantly seen for the black.
The part with the strain is seen for the bright white, when the observation sample is put in, and the part without the strain is seen for the dark black as well as the whole visual field.
The bright white discolors it in blues and green, red, etc., when the strain amount strengthens.
2.Sensitive Color Method
In the Sensitive-Color Method, the whole visual field is seen for the reddish purple color.
This color tone is called sensitive color.
The part with the strain changes in green blue color and orange yellow color, when the observation sample is put in, and the stress confirms compressive stress or tensile stress.
The part without the strain is seen for the reddish purple color as well as the whole visual field.
3.Senarmont Method
In Senarmont Method, it is a test method for carrying out strain quantitative measurement.
The whole visual field is ignorantly seen for the black, when the angle scale of the analyzer is adjusted in 0 degrees.
The observation sample is put in, the position which sees the part which wants to determine the strain quantitatively the most bright is searched and is fixed, while it is rotated.
Next, the angle is read in the position that it does the slow rotation of analyzer rotating frame and sees the most versed.
The rotation angle is applied to calculation formula, and the strain amount is obtained.
Still, the calculation is unnecessary, because the look up table was attached to goods.
