CONTRACT TIME: Contract with a minimum term of Thirty six (36) months. PRESENTATION: From 0 - 50. PACKAGING: In bulk.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Colombia.

DEPARTURE PORT: Port Bolivar according to INCOTERMS 2010. INCOTERMS: FOB.

PAYMENT TERMS: By irrevocable letter of credit, transferable, confirmed, divisible, rotating and fully operational operative the Letter of Credit SBLC/DLC issued by a first-line bank in a format and wording acceptable to the Seller. Note: If the Letter of Credit is SBLC o DLC o it must be from a top 25 bank which must be operational. Should have cash bank full.

CARGO RAT: The current annual average loading rate is 5,900 tons per hour with peaks up to 9,000 tons per hour.
