5. INSPECTION: Quality & Quantity Inspection by CIQ,SGS or Equivalent inspection

6. DELIVERY DAYS: 15DAYS After signing of Contract.

7. Loading: All costs at the port of loading for the account of the seller.

8. PAYMENT:

1- 30% T/T upon signing of Contract and Proforma Invoice and 70% LC.

2- 20% T/T upon signing of Contract and Proforma Invoice, 40%T/T

Against copy of B/L and 40%T/T against full shipping documents.

10. Shipping: in 15 days after receipt of T/T payment for trial order.
