red tile ( L 25.9 A 33.9 B 14.9).
2/4 PH less than 4.5 at 12.5 brix (at 20oC)
2/5 Titratable acidity not more than 1.75% as acetic acid at Potentiometric end point titration (pH 8.1)
-12.5 brix (at 20º C)
2/6 Flaver free from off odor and off flavor.
2/7 Insecticides conform with FAO/WHO food standards and Egyptian standards.
3-Micro organisms
3/1 free from pathogenic micro-organisms.
3/2 free from micro-organisms which cause spoilage.
3/3 Howard mould count not more than 50 % positive fields.
4-Package
4/1 200 litter Aseptic bags.
4/2 Outer package is steel drum closed well and coated by food grade paint.
4/3 Arranged four drums per wooden pallet.

5/2 Production date
5/3 Expiry date
5/4 Brix
5/5 Net weight
5/6 Gross weight
5/7 Degree of color
5/8 Bostwick
5/9 PH
5/10 Name of company,address and trademark.
5/11 Statement “Made in Egypt”.
5/12 Drum’s number.
6-Storage conditions
Drums must be stored in a dry place and protected from direct sunlight and heat.
7-Shelf life
Shelf life is 24 months when keeping to proper storage conditions.
