3. Trioctyl trimellitate(TOTM) usage :
Tri(2-ethylhexyl)trimellitate can be used as the additives to treat many kinds of plastic, like PVC, chloroethylene copolymers, polyester, nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate butyrate and polymethacrylate, etc. It can be used for producing heat-resisting and durable products, like: wire, cable, panel, sheet and sealing cushion.
Mixed with antioxidant 1010, it can inhibit oxidation to prevent plastics from changing color, decomposing and ageing.
Added TOTM with DIDP to plastics , the products’ oil resistivity will be enhanced greatly.
