1,Storage Because it will absorb part of the carbon dioxide gas that can generate carbonic acid, so the bottle cap of the solution needs to be tightly capped. In addition, Tris solution is sensitive to temperature, and the pH value drops by 0.03 for every 1 degree increase, so it needs to be placed in a cool, dry and moisture-proof warehouse and stored at room temperature.
