DESCRIPTION

TSP is orthophosphates with white and odorless powder or crystal-type granules.

Food grade

Properties: soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol.

Dissociate with DSP and sodium hydroxide in aqueous solution and becomes strong alkali

Absorb CO2 and H2O and become Na3PO4 and NaHCO3 in the air.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

For foodstuff:

pH control for food manufacturing, dispersing agent of diary products, stabilizer of meat, detergent of fruits, refining agent of sugar, production of starch, and stabilizer of frozen and chilled sea food processing

For industries:

anticorrosion agent, softening for hard water, dying agent, metal surface treatment, water treatment, viscosity control in pulp and paper-making industries, and agent of photo developing solution

Amount used:

0.3 - 1% of weight of processed products (3 - 10 g/Kg)

STORAGE

After opening the product, please seal it tightly and keep it at a dry place because it is highly hygroscopic.
