Suggested Use

Tteokbokki (Spicy & Sweet Rice Cake, 떡볶이)

1. Mix 30g of Tteokbokki Sauce Mix with 200ml of water, add 180g of Tteokbokki rice cakes. (Optional) Add in some fish cakes

2. Boil and stir for 5~10 minutes until soft. (Optional) Add sliced green onion, boiled egg or cheddar cheese on top.

Dak-bokkeum-tang (Braised spicy chicken stew,닭볶음탕)

1. Mix 1kg of a whole chicken cut into pieces with 120g of Tteokbokki Sauce Mix and 100ml of water.

2. Stir-fry then add 700ml of additional water and boil for 15 minutes.

3. Put 200g of boiled potato, 30g of cut green onion, and 50g of cut onion into the pot.

4. Boil for 3 minutes till fully cooked.

Jeyuk-bokkeum(spicy stir-fried pork, 제육볶음)

1. Stir-fry 300g of sliced pork leg meat till cooked

2. Put 40g of Tteokbokki Sauce Mix and some vegetables(sliced onion, green onion, garlic paste) on the cooked pork and stir-fry at medium heat for 4 minutes.

Rose Pasta (spicy rose pasta, 로제파스타)

1. Mix 300g of milk, 50ml of cream, 100ml of water, and 40g of Tteokbokki Sauce Mix, and cook for 3 minutes.

2. Cook 222g of cooked pasta to mix with sauce, then cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Rose Tteokbokki (spicy cream Tteokbokki, 로제떡볶이)

1. Mix 200g of milk, 40ml of cream, 100ml of water, and 40g of Tteokbokki Sauce Mix.

2. Cook with 300g of Tteokbokki rice cakes for about 5 minutes till soft. (Optional) Add sliced sausage or bacon pieces while cooking
