FuYuan can provide tailor made turbocharging solutions for diesel, gasoline and natural gas engines. FGT, WGT, multi turbocharging, two-stage turbocharging, electric turbocharging, water-cooled cartridge, water-cooled turbine housing.

Computer software is used in the turbine design process to perform 3D calculation on the flow of air and exhaust gas. The turbine strength optimization simulation is carried out by finite element method, and life is calculated by actual driving conditions.

In addition to advanced computer technology and precise calculation procedures, in testing phase, the samples have to undergo a series of aerodynamic tests in order to make final adjustments. The adjustment content and result review are all carried out in accordance with turbocharger test standard.

FuYuan covers 220,000㎡ and has more than 600 employees. The annual turbocharger production capacity is 600,000 sets.

In China, we are OEM supplier of more than 30 IC engine manufacturers including Weichai Power, Yuchai Machinery, Googol Power, Jinan Diesel, Foton, Lovol, JMC, the Great Wall, etc. In foreign market, we supply for Russia OEs including Avtodiesel, KAMAZ, MINSK with an annual volume of 200, 000 sets.
