Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) is a thermoplastic engineering plastic with excellent properties.It has comprehensive properties of impact resistance,abrasion resistance,self-lubrication,and resistance to chemical corrosion,and its unique impact and abrasion resistance is at the head of vairous plastic avaiable at present.

Machnical parts made of UHMW-PE are used in the textile,paper making,chemical and light industries with good results.Its manufactured products includ belt laces pulleys,dehydration plates,panels for suction boxes,axle sleeves of acid-resistant pumps,and hopper liners,and it can be called the plastic material to replace steel.

The molecular weight of UHMW-PE produced by this technology is as high as 5 million, and its bulk densitity is greater than 0.4g/l.
