1.Vermiculite----there are ore and expanded in flake and powder.
It is one of the safest, most unique minerals. A hydrated Magnesium Aluminum
Silicate,
it is lightweight, inorganic (incombustible), compressible, highly absorbent,
non-reactive, may have a high cation exchange capacity (surface chemistry
may be modified), and is available locally and globally.
Vermiculite, with layer construction and inter laminar water .It begins expand
when it is heated over 200°C, become the worm-like shape and it can be
reached the maximum volume(15-25times bigger) when it is heated rapidly
to 800°C. This forms the material with low density (100-130 kg/m3), excellent
insulation properties and good absorption and exchange capacity.

C.Application of expanded Vermiculite powder
1),10-150Mesh is used in heat preservation material for
buildings, household congealer, sound-proofing plaster,
inner material for safe and cellar.
2),20-40M is used in cars, planes, ice box, fire extinguisher, filter etc.
3),40-120M is used in linoleum, ceiling etc.
4),120-270M is used in wall paper printing,paint, outdoor advertisement etc.
5),325M is used in golden brown and bronze-colored printing ink,filling
material for anti fire dope.
Raw vermiculite Application:
TG3(3.5-7mm), TG4(1-3.5mm) are mainly used in construction,
ship-building, smelting, oil-refining, chemical industry and soil
improving.
TG5(≤1mm) is used in anti-fire board and dope.
