1. What are your main products?
Our main product is rice. We specialize in supplying a variety of different types of rice including long grain rice, medium grain rice, fragrant rice, Jasmine rice, round rice, and sticky rice.
2. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a rice manufacturer, have been granted an export license, and have more than 10 years of experience in the field of rice export.
3. Which payment terms do you accept?
- 30% deposit by T/T after signing the contract, the remaining 70% by T/T upon receipt of Darft B/L by email.
- 100% by irrevocable L/C at sight (L/C must be opened by the top banks).
- Other payment methods can be agreed upon.
4. What types of packaging can you provide?
We have the following common packaging forms:
+ PA - PE bag: 1 - 5kg.
+ PP, PP/PE, BOPP/PE bags: 5 - 50kgs.
+ Jumbo bag: 500 - 1.000kgs.
In addition, we can design packaging with size and style according to your requirements.
5. How do you ensure your product quality?
Tam Bao Viet's products are strictly controlled from the input to ensure the origin and uniformity of product quality. As a result, our products have obtained international certifications such as SGS, ISO, and HACCP, which is an affirmation of the quality of our products.
6. Do you provide product samples? If so, is there a fee?
Yes, we do provide sample products so that you can experience and feel in the most authentic way the quality of our products. Sample products will be provided completely free of charge upon your request. You only need to pay for the delivery cost.
