Product Introduction

This viscoelastic material adopts medium to low molecular weight polyisobutylene and a network α- The Technology roadmap of olefin dispersion structure takes polyisobutylene as the main material and is processed by special production process.

Product characteristics

1. High strength effectively protect the surface of equipment such as pipelines and valves from damage.

2. Corrosion resistance: it has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and can be used for a long time in harsh environments.

3. Strong adhesion: The high viscosity adhesive layer on the surface of the tape has strong adhesion and can adapt to various substrate surfaces, closely fitting, effectively avoiding medium leakage, without the need to apply primer, without peeling, cracking, or hardening.

4. High coverage and good resistance to cathodic stripping.As a non curing viscoelastic polymer, it has unique flow resistance and cold flow resistance, and has self-healing function.

5. It can completely and effectively prevent water intrusion and microbial corrosion for a long time, with good chemical resistance and no cathodic protection peeling phenomenon.

6. The surface treatment requirements for the base layer are ST2.

7. Safe and reliable, completely environmentally friendly.

8. The product has a flat and clean appearance, high stiffness, no wire drawing, no adhesive overflow at the boundary, and no shrinkage wrinkles at the cross-section, making construction convenient.

9. It can be used routinely in an ambient temperature range of -45~90 ℃.
