- To extinguish the flame, use the cap. Characteristics
- Fire-risk free with fuel's high ignition point.
- Adjustable flame.
- Easy extinguishing & keeping by metal cap.
- Safe and economical due to non-volatility of fuel.
- Less space needed for storage than solid-type fuel.
- No odor,no smoke during combustion.
- Regular flame maintenance, regular height during use.
- It just fits in the solid fuel device too.
Basic Heat (Low Flame)
The basic heat is available for the silver-coated, small bright white chafing dish which is used in buffets, restaurants, etc. Since such small chafing dishes are excellent in thermal conduction, even the regular-sized flame is too strong for it. However, you do not have to worry about it such matters with the YH series. These products have been controlled to produce the perfect flame that is neither too intense nor too weak. The wick size is also good for the small hot box used in Room Service at hotels. When burned at its lowest flame setting, the wick's burning time is increased by about 1 hour. Medium Heat (standard Flame)
The medium heat is available for a chafing dish larger than 20 inches, which is used in most buffet settings. This medium heat is generated when the wick is between 5 to 10mm in length. Maximum Heat (High Flame)
The maximum heat setting is available for serving hot cuisine such as soups, etc. The drawn wick can also be parted right and left, or extended to the desired height to produce the maximum flame.
