NIOPOL-A1000 is composed of a unique blend of cationic polymers. It confers a positive charge on pitch & stickies and prevents agglomeration of them. Consequently, they become evenly distributed into the paper fiber and are removed from the system with the sheet. NIOPOL-A1000 sprayed on the wire makes a protective, thin layer formed on its surface which prevents contamination of the wire. NIOPOL-A1000 is used as an internal additive into stock or an anti-deposit agent onto wire.
