WONJUSOOLIN 22 (ABV 22%)

• When designing ‘Wonjusoolin’ for the first time, we set the main target for consumers in their 20s to mid-40s and made a painstaking effort to create a taste that suits their taste.

In particular, we took the taste mainly for women. I would like to attach the blind test data that was conducted on different generations,

but I think that it may raise an unnecessary issue regarding the statistical reliability to officially leak it to the outside. But it's an interesting resource itself and that's well worth it internally in my company.

• Wonjusoolin is produced using 99.9% of local ingredients; Basic alcohol is made of *‘Totomi’, ‘Sweet Potato, and ‘Darae’ (Actinidia arguta), all from Wonju.

(And 0.001% of the ingredients only are imported from abroad to make the flavor.)

• The taste of 'Wonjusoolin' is a taste added a delicate floral flavor to the clean softness of distilled spirits by removing the harsh taste of existing common soju.

Can be enjoyed warm or on the rocks as well as mixed with beer as well.

* Nuruk is used for its unique flavor, but Jooyong tries to use it in the minimum amount and takes a more scientific approach using enzymes and yeast.

* Nuruk is yeast in fermenting alcoholic beverages; “Paddy Rice Nuruk”

• Jooyong is located at the *Chiaksan National Park in Wonju city, Gangwon-do province.

• Combined distillation equipment for producing distilled spirits

• Jooyong's alcohol products are produced by Jooyong's own patented distillation complex machine; a multi-functional distiller machine performs four different processes

(washing, mashing, fermentation, distillation) with one machine

• The control box controls all the processes required for liquor production so that a consistent taste can always be stably maintained regardless of the season.

• Manufacturing method through mechanization leads to uniformity of quality and an increase in production.

• Complex distillation machine / The multistage atmospheric distillation process / Vacuum distillation by using a dual pump

• Regardless of whether it is underground water or tap water, the water used for liquor production is filtered thoroughly and unconditionally in order to minimize the influence on the liquor ingredients due to the characteristics of water by using Jooyong's filtration facilities. This ensures consistent quality.

* Mt. Chiak (Chiaksan) was designated as the 16th national park in Korea in December 1984. Its total area is about 181.6㎢, and east of its highest peak, Birobong(1,288m), lies hoengseong-gun and to the west is Wonju-si.

Chiaksan has a total of 821 species of plants and is expanding its natural forest with Mongolian oaks and Japanese oaks. As f or inhabitants, there are a total of 2,364 animal species including 34 endangered species such

as the Flying squirrel and Copper winged bat.

* ‘Totomi’ is excellent rice produced in the Munmak Plain of Wonju, and is grown around the fertile Seomgang River that forms the upper reaches of the Namhan River, so it has excellent taste and quality.
